Lowell L. McCauley, Jr. M.D., P.C. provides complete women’s health care and treatments for patients in Knoxville, TN, and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide you with quality care promptly and efficiently. You can help us achieve this goal by checking in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This time will be used to verify your insurance and photo ID and complete any necessary paperwork, such as questionnaires.

What to Expect With Your Doctor’s Appointments

We encourage you to ask questions during your routine scheduled visits. If you have urgent questions between visits, please call. Phone calls are typically returned at the end of scheduled patient visits/office hours the same day or the following morning before office hours begin. We do not practice medicine over the phone. If you have a problem or need any prescriptions, you will need to make an appointment to be examined and necessary care rendered.
